Bobby Sabharwal is the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of Havoc Group. His journey in aeromodelling began at the age of 15, driven by a deep passion for radio-controlled model aircraft, including RC planes and helicopters.
With decades of hands-on experience in aeromodelling, he transformed his passion into several innovative ventures, including Havoc Hobby, Havoc RC FunZone, Havoc Sim Podium, Havoc Fun School and Havoc Aviation.
His journey has evolved from aeromodelling and RC aviation to professional flight simulators and aviation education. Through Havoc Aviation, the Group is now expanding into pilot training support through ground school classes and advanced flight simulator training.
From Aeromodelling to Aviation, Bobby Sabharwal’s journey has been driven by passion, innovation and a vision to make hobby technology, simulation and aviation education more accessible in India while inspiring the next generation of aviation enthusiasts and aspiring pilots.
Rakhi serves as the Joint Director of Havoc Group, playing an important role in the Group’s leadership, administration and continued expansion. Working alongside Founder, Managing Director and CEO Bobby Sabharwal, she contributes to strategic planning, operational coordination and the development of new business ventures.
Since the establishment of Havoc Hobby Center in 2016, the organisation has grown from a specialised hobby destination into a diversified group of innovative ventures. These include Havoc Hobby, Havoc RC FunZone, Havoc Sim Podium, Havoc Fun School and Havoc Aviation.
Rakhi’s commitment, organisational leadership and support have contributed to the Group’s journey from RC hobbies and aeromodelling to experiential entertainment, professional flight and racing simulation, aviation education, ground-school learning and simulator-based pilot training.
As Joint Director, she remains committed to strengthening the Group’s operations, supporting its team and helping transform ambitious ideas into meaningful experiences. Her vision is to contribute towards building Havoc Group as a trusted name in hobbies, simulation, education and aviation while inspiring young minds and aspiring pilots across India.
Started racing in real life from the age of 8, starting with 4-stroke karting at an early stage. Last year Sai achieved 4 podiums at the Indian F4 Championship and sealed the 1600 MRF National Championship 2025. With his recent achievement in 2026, he secured 3 wins out of 3 races in the first round of the MRF 2000 series.
Shivesh Selvarathnam began his racing career at 17 in Formula LGB1300, competing in the MRF National Championship and JK Tyre Novice Cup before progressing to Formula 1600 testing with JA Motorsport.
At 21, Shivesh stepped into the MRF National Championship’s premier Formula 2000 category, making an immediate impact with a podium on his debut and four podium finishes throughout the season.
Today, he competes professionally in Esports and Sim Racing, continuing to pursue his ambition of competing at the highest levels of motorsport.
Arya Nanda J. A. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science and Engineering at Atria Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, with expected graduation in June 2027. He completed his Pre-University education in Science (PCMC) from Seshadripuram Composite PU College and his high-school education from Poornaprajna Education Center.
With more than 400 hours of hands-on experience on Microsoft Flight Simulator, Arya has developed a strong understanding of cockpit familiarisation, aircraft controls, flight planning, navigation, take-off and landing procedures, instrument operations, weather conditions, and overall flight management.
As a Flight Simulator Instructor, Arya guides students through simulator familiarisation, basic aircraft handling, cockpit procedures, navigation fundamentals, and different phases of simulated flight. His technical education, extensive simulator experience, disciplined approach, and passion for aviation enable him to provide an engaging and structured learning experience.
Note: The 400+ hours represent flight-simulator experience and not actual aircraft flying hours.
